Sarah turned 10 on the 22nd of April. She is very excited to be 'double digits' now. Her birthday fell on a Sunday this year so we enjoyed a quiet day at home after church. She loved the new hammock she got from Mom and Dad as well as a watch from Grandma. Sarah asked for a motorcycle cake so I made one with the switchbacks forming an 'S' for Sarah. She really liked it. We had a combined birthday party for Sarah and Emily the day before her birthday so it was a fun weekend. Sarah is a kind, compassionate, determined girl. She is helpful, smart and fun to be around. We are so blessed to have our sweet Sarah in our family.
